Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:


Request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


Items are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.


All original tags and labels must be attached.



Please note:


Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Do not return parcels to the shipping label address — this is not our return facility. Unauthorized parcels may be refused or destroyed by the courier.


Returns must always be sent to the official warehouse address provided by our team once your request is approved.


How to Request a Return


1. Email support@aurisellalondon.com with the subject line:
“Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)”

 


2. Provide your order details, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your reason.

 


3. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll share the return form and shipping instructions.

 

Fees & Important Details


A £5.99 restocking fee (or 15% of the order value for smaller orders) applies to each return.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

“Please note that shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping costs.”

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Purchases made during special promotions or seasonal sales (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale) are eligible for store credit only.


Returns shipped more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to you.


Replacements and exchanges are offered once per order — items that have already been replaced cannot be refunded again.

Option 2 – Refund to Original Payment Method


Funds returned to your card, PayPal, or other original payment method


£5.99 or 15% restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted


Original shipping fee is non-refundable


Processing Times


Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. You’ll be notified by email once complete.

Additional Notes


Slight variations in fabric, colour, or texture are natural and not considered defects.


Returns due to style preference, colour choice, or change of mind are not treated as faults.


Items showing wear, washing, alterations, or improper care are not eligible for return.
