Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, items must be unworn, undamaged, an returned with original tags and packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all orders.

Within 14 days of receiving the order, email us at support@aurisellalondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will respond with next steps.
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. All import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibilty of the customer.
Please note: All items with Clearance Sale and Markdown Prices are FINAL SALE and not returnable or exchangeable.

Yes, after quality check and acceptance of the product, an exchange can be made for an item of equal or higher value or can be converted into store credit valild for months.
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs and an applicable import duties or taxes.
